GST billing for Indian shops

Bills, stock, and the month’s GST in one book.

BharatBiz writes quotations, GST tax invoices, and credit notes, keeps stock in step with every bill, and shows the month’s sales and tax on one screen.

What it does

  • GST tax invoices

Rule 46 invoices with CGST and SGST, CGST and UTGST, or IGST, worked out from the shop state and the place of supply.

  • Quotations

Send a priced quote on the QT series before you raise a tax invoice. Convert it into an invoice draft when the customer says yes. Stock and sales stay untouched until that bill is issued.

  • Stock that follows the bill

Issuing a bill takes the quantity out. Cancelling it or recording a sales return puts it back. Low stock shows on the dashboard.

  • Credit notes

Section 34 credit notes in their own CN series, tied to the original invoice, with the same tax split.

  • PDF, print, and email

Download an A4 PDF, print it, or email it to the customer with your logo and your shop email as the reply address.

  • The month at a glance

Sales, income, expenses, purchases, outstanding, and GST for the month, with quotations counted separately.

  • Your team, with roles

Admins run the shop, editors write bills, and viewers can only look. Everyone signs in with their own account.
